Simultaneously with the hospitable and at the same time simple design of the squares, to strive to create some symbiosis with the city, by using rational forms that fit organically into the environment and at the same time combined with each other structures. As one of the basic principles, zoning is provided, most compatible with the external diversity of the urban environment. On the south-west axis, the main elements are an ordered combination of the hospital, administrative and educational buildings.
