The educational facilities and places of social activity, which are united in one terminal, such as student clubs and other public places, allow not interrupting any educational activities and extracurricular activities at any time of the year in conditions of a sufficiently tough climate. In this direction, the volume of common areas has been increased, and with the help of convenient architectural solutions they are connected on the principle of city streets into a single comfortable structure, that combines freedom of open space and at the same time protected from the outside, which makes this design unique and functional at the same time.
